    Somatic healing is an umbrella term for mind-body-spirit modalities and mindfulness that is focused on helping you nourish your nervous system, reconnect with your body, cultivate presence, and expand your capacity to handle the ups and downs of your journey with more peace and ease.

    Unlike traditional talk therapy, our sessions typically look like a mix of talking and somatic practices like breathwork, visualization, vocal toning, and more.
