I am a coach, facilitator, doula, mother, and first gen Korean American eldest daughter of immigrants.
It brings me great joy to help new mamas navigate life transitions with more clarity, trust, and ease.
My somatic and life coaching practice integrates 10+ years of experience and training in somatic embodiment, trauma-informed & culturally-informed coaching, vocal healing, as well as my studies in cultural psychology at Harvard University and my work as a doula.
I look forward to helping you come home to your body and reclaim your power, peace, and pleasure as you rebirth into the next version of you.
Outside of this work, I love spending quality time with my son Teo, husband, family, and friends. I also love practicing traditional Korean dance and swimming in warm waters (Jeju is my favorite place in the world).

In each 90-min session, we’ll begin with grounding and move into either:
Group coaching, where you’ll be able to share what's present on your journey and receive support, or
Somatic healing, including guided visualizations, where we’ll release, envision, and connect with different parts of yourself
Come as you are. All sessions are virtual via Zoom, and will be intimate and flexible. Recordings will be available if you miss a session or want to revisit a meditation or somatic practice.

Somatic healing is an umbrella term for mind-body-spirit practices and tools that can help you reconnect with your body and process emotions and experiences stored in your body, using modalities like breathwork, guided visualization, vocal toning, and meditation.

Over 3 months, we’ll cultivate a loving space and community where you can be your whole self, explore somatic tools specific to your needs, and dive into your evolution through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
We’ll hold space for each other through the ups and downs, while celebrating your growth along the way.
